If you upload artwork, you confirm that you are the rights holder of the artwork and/or have permission to use this artwork exclusively as well as transfer the necessary copyrights, and grant these rights to Wizard Patch Pty Ltd for the purpose of completing your order.

We offer this service to all of our customers at no extra charge of course. SIMPLE DESIGNS TYPICALLY DO NOT REQUIRE THIS.

WE CAN ALSO SEND A 'PROOF OF CONCEPT' DESIGN TO YOU PRIOR TO MANUFACTURE IF YOU ASK FOR IT OR IF WE FEEL YOUR DESIGN IS COMPLEX AND IT'S NECESSARY TO OBTAIN YOUR APPROVAL.

WE WILL ALWAYS KEEP THE DESIGN FILES FOR YOU.

WE KEEP ALL ARTWORK AND DIGITAL FILES SO YOU CAN REMAKE YOUR DESIGN ANYTIME, NOW, OR WELL INTO THE YEARS AHEAD.
